What disclosures do I need to make in New Jersey?

New Jersey requires sellers to complete a Seller's Property Condition Disclosure Statement covering known defects in the roof, basement, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems. You must also disclose any lead-based paint for homes built before 1978 and any known environmental hazards.
