What is staging and do I need it?

Staging is the process of arranging furniture, decor, and lighting to make your home look its best for showings. Professionally staged homes typically sell faster and for more money. At minimum, declutter, depersonalize, and rearrange your existing furniture to create an open, inviting feel.
Why It Matters
Buyers need to picture themselves living in your home. Staging helps them connect emotionally, which leads to better offers.
