How do I determine the right listing price for my home?

Your agent will prepare a comparative market analysis comparing your home to similar properties that have recently sold, are currently listed, or expired in your neighborhood. Factors include square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, lot size, upgrades, and location. Market conditions also play a role. The goal is to find the price that attracts buyers while maximizing your return. Pricing too high can cause your home to sit and eventually sell for less.
