How do I take care of my lawn and landscaping?
By Bob Millaway, South Jersey Community Expert & REALTOR®
Mow regularly at the correct height for your grass type, water deeply but less frequently, fertilize in spring and fall, and aerate annually. Trim trees and shrubs away from your house to prevent pest access and moisture damage. Mulch flower beds to retain moisture and suppress weeds.
Why It Matters
Good landscaping improves curb appeal, increases property value, and protects your home from pests and moisture damage.
