- Plan ahead for the farm show. Riamede Farm in Chester is a bit of a drive from the Burlington County area, but it is well worth the trip. Arrive early to explore the farm before the music starts at 5:30 PM.
- Make a day of Collingswood. The Craft and Fine Arts Festival runs all day on Haddon Avenue. Collingswood has excellent restaurants and cafes for lunch, and the PATCO line makes it easy to get there from anywhere in South Jersey.
- Bring cash for the TCG show. Many trading card vendors prefer cash, and ATM lines can be long. If you are planning to buy, carry some bills.
- Dress for the weather. Mid-August afternoons are hot and humid. Bring water, sunscreen, and hats for daytime events. Evenings by the shore (Atlantic City) will be cooler, so bring a light jacket.
